PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearings to consider conditional use permit  request for a used automobile sales establishment. Located at 101 North Dallas Avenue, Wilmer TX. The subject property being described as Parcel ID No. 54005500040210000, DCAD, City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas. Case No. CP-21-03.

The public hearings, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning and Zoning Commission on March 24, 2022 and City Council on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
