PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearings to consider a request for an amendment to Planned Development-7 (PD-7) to include the site plan for a storage yard, totaling approximately 12.74-acres, Generally located on along North Goode Road and South of Fulghum Road The subject property being  described as Parcel ID No. 54015500G0020000, DCAD, Wilmer ETJ, Dallas County, Texas. Case No. ZC-22-21.

The public hearings, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning and Zoning Commission on May 26, 2022 and City Council on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
