PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION and CITY COUNCIL
City of Pecan Hill, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Pecan Hill, Texas will hold a joint public hearing to consider a request initiated by Pecan Acres LLC to rezone a 67.5± acre property from the Agricultural (AG) zoning district to the Single-Family Residential (R-1) district in order to develop the property as a single-family detached subdivision.
The subject property is generally located on the south side of FM 2377 at Goodloe Lane, within the City of Pecan Hill, Texas and also within Ellis County, Texas (legal description: 1039 S A & M G R R; 516 CF HORDESTY, ECAD #191367).
The joint public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this rezoning request will be held before the Pecan Hill Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
The joint public hearing will be held in the regular meeting place, the Pecan Hill City Hall, located at 1094 S. Lowrance Road in Pecan Hill, Texas 75154.
All persons interested in the proposed rezoning request are invited to attend the public hearing and to provide their comments at that time.
