PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council
City of Wilmer, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a change in zoning to a Planned Development-9 (PD-9) with a base zoning of Multi-Family-1 (MF1) with deviations.
Located south of Cottonwood Valley road and on Belt Line road. Consisting of 12.39 acres and containing one (1) lot. The subject property being described as one tract of land totaling approximately 12.39 acres situated in the a tract of land situated in the C. A. Warfield Survey, Abstract No. 1612, City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas and being a part of a called 69.38416 acre tract of land described in the Warranty Deed to Maria M. Caballero recorded in Volume 98047, Page 4647, Deed Records, Dallas County, Texas (DRDCT), South 59°04’16” West, along the common line of said 69.38416 acre tract and said northwest right-of-way line of Beltline Road, a distance of 612.00 feet to the point of beginning and containing a computed area of 539,672 square feet or 12.3892 acres of land. Case No. SP-21-15.
The public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning and Zoning Commission on December 9, 2021 and City Council on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
