PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION and CITY COUNCIL

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will hold public hearings to consider a change in zoning to light industrial. This case includes concurrent annexation. Generally located at along Van Road and Mason, Consisting of eleven (11) lots and containing 10.319 acres, City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas. Case No. ZC-22-28 (Zoning) Case No. M-22-47 (Annexation).

The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.

A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
