REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

City of Ovilla

The City of Ovilla has received an allocation from the American Rescue Plan Act program from the U. S. Department of Treasury and is soliciting proposals to provide administration services for the ARP Act eligible projects.  Proposals must be received no later than March 2, 2023 by 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.

Please electronically submit your proposal in .pdf format via email to btaylor@cityofovilla.org and/or submit your proposal to the address below on a thumb drive OR submit  Five (5) copies of your proposal of services and a statement of qualifications for the proposed services to the following address: Attn: Bobbie Jo Taylor, City of Ovilla, 105 S. Cockrell Hill Rd., Ovilla Texas 75154.

Proposals must be received by the City of Ovilla no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 2nd, 2023 to be considered.

The City of Ovilla reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals and may award one or more contracts to one or more service provider(s).

Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
