Thoroughbred Provisions L.L.C. will submit an application to Jana Onyon, Elections Administrator, Ellis County, Texas in compliance with Section 501.023 of Texas Election Code, in order to circulate petitions to qualified voters of Ellis County Justice Pct. 1, so that a local option election can be called on the following issues: (Petition #5) For/Against “The legal sale of all alcoholic beverages for off-premise consumption only” and (Petition #7) For/Against The legal sale of all alcoholic beverages including mixed beverages”
