Korean company leases a million sq. ft.

WILMER – Last week with the leasing of over 1 million square-feet in the City of Wilmer’s 252-acre Southpark Logistics Park, Korean conglomerate CJ Logistics America officially accomplished the logistic park being “officially” fully occupied.

CJ Logistics America is a subsidiary of the Korean company CJ Group, and of as last week had leased the entire first building out of three located a mile east of 1-45.

Southpark Logistics two other buildings are home to Fortune 100 e-retailer and an apparel company.

CJ Logistics headquarters are in Illinois, and the company focuses on a global supply chain service that includes freight and transportation logistics out of as many as 80 warehouses in North America. From a wider perspective, the CJ Group overall, also has functions that include entertainment, pharmaceutical and food.
