PUBLIC NOTICE: Minutes of Directors meeting of One More Private Club, Inc.

Published two times in The Ellis County Press on Thursday, Feb. 14, 2019 and Thursday, Feb. 21 2019.

The board of directors of One More Club, Inc. held a meeting on February 12, 2019 at 1522 Malloy Bridge Circle, Ferris, Texas 75125.

The following individuals were present representing a Quorum of One More Private Club, Inc.: Sam Shaler, President and Laura Braun, Vice-President. 

The directors noted that they reviewed and considered the removal of Laura Braun as an Officer of the Corporation. Based on the review by the Directors, the following resolution was unanimously adopted:

Resolved that  Laura Braun is removed as an Officer of the Corporation effective December 31, 2018.
