NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CARL WHIRLEY, DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that original Letters of Testamentary for the Estate of CARL WHIRLEY, Deceased; were issued on January 31, 2019 in Cause No.  19-E-2006 pending in the County Court of Smith County, Texas, to DEBRA HORAK, Independent Executor.

All persons having claims against this Estate which is currently being administered, are required to present them within the time and in the manner prescribed by law. Claims should be addressed to the Estate’s representative as follows:
