Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary of the Estate of Manuel Ray Goodwin were issued to Kathy Darlene Goodwin as Independent Executor on July 16, 2019, under Cause No. 19-E-2150 pending in the County Court at Law No. 1 of Ellis County, Texas. Claims may be presented to the Independent Executor of the Estate addressed as follows:
