PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION and CITY COUNCIL
City of Wilmer, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will hold a joint public hearing to consider a request reinitiated by XT Beltline 45 LP to rezone a 73.7± acre portion of an existing 95.8± acre Planned Development-Light Industrial (PD-I1) zoning district, as such district was originally established by Ordinance No. 08-0904B, from its current zoning of PD-I1 to a new Planned Development-Mixed Residential (PD-SF2/MF1) zoning district.
The subject property is generally located on the north side of Belt Line Road, approximately 500± feet west of Summers Street (legal description: Tract 17 A.K. Gray Survey, Abstract No. 505, in the City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas).
The joint public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this rezoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission and the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
The joint public hearing will be held in the regular meeting place, the City of Wilmer Community Center, located at 101 Davidson Plaza in Wilmer, Texas.
All persons interested in the proposed rezoning request are invited to attend the joint public hearing and to provide their comments at that time. Comments may also be submitted in writing (or via fax or email) to the City at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of the public hearing at the following address:
