BFS Augusta Pride SW 809, owned by Brayden DeBorde from Bardwell captured Purebred Division Reserve Senior Champion Female in the National Shorthorn Show at the 2020 Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo on Feb. 2.
Jenna Quillin from Waxahachie captured Reserve Grand Champion Bull with ML Texas Dollar D Bar T in the Texas Longhorn Breeders of Tomorrow Youth Division Show at the 2020 Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo on Jan. 21.
Destany Youngblood from Ennis captured Reserve Grand Champion Steer with Redstar Arizona in the Texas Longhorn Breeders of Tomorrow Youth Division Show at the 2020 Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo on Jan. 21.
Brayden Deborde from Bardwell captured Division IV Reserve Champion Female with OMEG Sarah in the Level I Medal of Excellence Limousin Show at the 2020 Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo on Feb. 1.
Ashlyn Summers from Waxahachie captured Champion Poland China Gilt, Reserve Champion Commercial Cross Gilt, and First in Showmanship 14-19 Years Old in the Open Swine Show at the 2020 Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo on Feb. 1-2.
Waxahachie 4H member Kylie Wimbish captured Light Weight Champion Wether Goat in the Junior Wether Goat Show at the 2020 Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo on Jan. 27.
Daphne Blackburn from Ferris FFA caught a calf during the 2020 Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo’s Calf Scramble, earning a $500 purchase certificate for a show heifer and the chance for up to $16,000 in scholarship awards. Daphne’s parents are Jayson and Samantha Blackburn. Blackburn’s award was sponsored by Mesch, PLLC. Thanks to the efforts of the Calf Scramble Sponsors and Committee members, 1,478 of those winners received a combined total of $2.94 million in scholarships.
Logan Henderson and Micah Alexander, representing Red Oak FFA, were named Reserve Champion and Reserve Champion Group and Third Place $9,000 scholarship in the Outdoor Recreational & Convenience Division and Showmanship and Texas M.A.D.E. Competition with their smoker trailer in the Junior Agricultural Mechanics Project Show at the 124th Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo.
