LOCAL STUDENT UPDATE: February 13, 2020

Damyan Woodward of Milford has been accepted into Culver-Stockton College’s incoming class for the fall 2020 semester. Woodward was also awarded the Hilltop Scholarship, a $10,000 per year scholarship for four years. This scholarship is awarded based upon academic credentials and is renewable provided the student remains in good academic standing.

Justin Simon of Midlothian earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta.

Jasmine Orr of Midlothian was named to the Fall 2019 Dean’s List at Valdosta State University.

Meghan Burns of Waxahachie was named to the Provost’s List at Troy University for the Fall Semester of the 2019/2020 academic year.

Seth Jacobs of Midlothian graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Arts in History.

Harold Riley of Maypearl and Halle Law of Midlothian were named to The University of Alabama Dean’s List for fall 2019. Alexandra Nehib of Waxahachie was named to UA’s President’s List for fall 2019.
