Notice is given that Letters Testamentary in the Estate of Thomas Franklin McMahon, Deceased, were authorized on June 12, 2020, and issued on June 15, 2020, to Mark Alan Wood and Thomas Edgar McMahon, Independent Co-Executors, in No. 20-E-2140, County Court-at-Law No. 1, Ellis County, Texas. 

All persons having claims against the estate are required to present them to Mark Alan Wood and Thomas Edgar McMahon within the time prescribed by law to their attorney, Evaleen M. Davis, 555 Republic Dr., Suite 200, Plano, TX 75074.
