Surrounded by five generations of family and honored by a parade of fire trucks, Earline Jackson, former Ferris city councilwoman, Ferris 2017 Pioneer of the Year, long-time civic leader and beloved mentor to many, celebrated her 91st birthday on Saturday, July 4.
