PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION and CITY COUNCIL
City of Wilmer, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will hold public hearings to consider a zoning request to amend the current Single-Family-2 (SF-2) zoning on the property to Conditional Use Permit (CUP) on a certain tract of land that is currently addressed as 228 N. Dallas Avenue and being further described as approximately 0.2869 acres of land, being PT Lot 4, Block 3, J. W. Johnsons Addition, City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas.
The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
