TO: Brian Veltman

Paul Bryan Veltman, in the above numbered and entitled estate, filed on September 28, 2020 an APPLICATION FOR INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION OF INTESTATE ESTATE, FOR ISSUANCE OF LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, AND APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP in the estate of Philip A. Veltman, Deceased, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of Philip A. Veltman, Deceased, and their respective shares and interests in said estate, and appoint Paul Bryan Veltman to serve as the Independent Administrator of said estate and grant Letters of Independent Adminisfration to same.

The Court may act on said Application and any opposition at any call of the docket on or after 10 o’clock A.M. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, at the Ellis County Courts Building, 109 S. Jackson Street, Waxahachie, Texas 75165 in Ellis, Texas.

You are hereby cited to appear before this Honorable Court by filing a written contest or answer to said Application before the above stated time and date should you desire to do so. 

To ensure its consideration, you or your attorney must file any contest, objection, intervention, or response in writing with the County Clerk of Ellis County, Texas, on or before the above noted date and time.
