PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code and Section 25 of the Zoning Ordinance, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a variance to Section 21.A(4.1a) ‘Fences in Front Yards – All Districts’ of the Zoning Ordinance (Ord. No. 12.6.88 amended by Ord. No. 14-0605) on a certain residential lot located at 1111 Hart Street, Wilmer, Texas 75172 and being further described as Lot 6, Block 1, Kissell Dale Addition, Phase 3 in the City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas. (Case No. V-20-02)

The public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this variance request will be held before the Wilmer Board of Adjustment on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at 6:45 p.m.
