Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary of the Estate of Richard Lynn Rogers were issued to Roxie Rogers as Independent Executor on September 11, 2020, under Cause No. 20-E-2229 pending in the County Court at Law No. 1, Ellis County, Texas.
