PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE 

CITY COUNCIL

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 213 of the Texas Local Government Code, the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider an amendment to the City of Wilmer Community Plan 2030, adopted June 18, 2009, Ord. No. 09-0618, specifically to amend the Thoroughfare Plan, Exhibit A-3, to realign the section of N. Goode Road between E. Pleasant Run Road and Distribution Drive in order to facilitate development in the vicinity and improve traffic flow and safety. Case No. CP-21-01 

The public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this Thoroughfare Amendment request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
