PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION and CITY COUNCIL CITY OF WILMER, TEXAS
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will hold public hearings to consider a City-initiated amendment to the Zoning Ordinance (Ord. No. 12.6.88) Section 5 General Provisions to change the zoning district classification from Restricted Commercial (C-1) to Single-Family 2 (SF-2) Residential District on those thirteen (13) lots totaling 2.7472 acres or 119,668 square feet in size and being further described as Lots 1, 3, 4 w/ ½ of Lot 5, 6 w/ ½ of Lot 5, & 17, Block 7, Kissell Dale Addition, Phase 3 and Lots 1, PT 2, 2.1, 3, 4, 15, 16, 17, & 18, Block 2, Kissell Dale Addition, Phase 4, City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas. Case No. ZC-21-07
The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
