As we celebrate Constitution Day on Sept. 17, 2021, The Concerned Women for America of Texas has given us pocketbook size copies of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America. This holiday commemorates the signing of the U.S. Constitution on September 17, 1787.

The Concerned Women for America (CWA) was founded in 1979 by Beverly LaHaye. The CWA is the nation's largest public policy women's organization with a rich history of helping communities by holding events, meeting with legislators, and informing the public of key issues. Their website is cwfa.org. Scroll down a bit and click on Get Involved with CWA in your state. Another way to access current information relative to national, state, and local issues is to go to ConcernedWomen.org.
