PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ANNEXATION

CITY COUNCIL

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 43.0673 & 43.106 of the Texas Local Government Code, the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider a petition for voluntary annexation of one tract of land, totaling approximately 25.0209-acres along with the adjacent roadway rights-of-way. Generally located on the southeast corner of Van Road and Mason Road.

The subject property being described as Parcel ID No. 65022457510040000, DCAD, City of Wilmer ETJ, Dallas County, Texas [Case No. M-21-15].

The public hearing on this annexation request was previously scheduled to be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. and this notice serves as re-advertisement to be held on Thursday, February 17, 2022.
