NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST PEGGY LYNNE PHELPS, DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that original Letters of Administration of the Estate of Peggy Lynne Phelps were issued to Kevin White as Independent Administrator on January 25, 2022, under Cause No. 22-E-2010 pending in the County Court at Law No. 1, Ellis County, Texas.

Claims may be presented to the Independent Administrator of the Estate addressed as follows:
