NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST BILL F. RITTER, DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary of the Estate of Bill F. Ritter were issued to Patricia Medina as Independent Executor on April 27, 2022, under Cause No. 22-E-2142 pending in the County Court at Law No. 1, Ellis County, Texas.
