City of Wilmer, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearings to consider a request for concurrent zoning of one tract of land, totaling approximately 22.245-acres, upon annexation in accordance with Zoning Ordinance (Ord. No. 12.6.88) to zone the subject property to Light Industrial (I-1) District.
Generally located on Greene Road and west of Millers Ferry. The subject property being described as Parcel ID No. 65060212510010000, DCAD, Wilmer ETJ, Dallas County, Texas. Case No. ZC-22-19.
The public hearings, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request was previously scheduled to be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. and has been changed to Thursday, June 16, 2022
