PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION and CITY COUNCIL
City of Wilmer, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will hold public hearings to consider a change in zoning to Light Industrial. This case includes concurrent annexation and a future land use amendment. Generally located at 601 WestBelt Line, City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas. Case No. ZC-22-29 (Zoning) Case No. M-22-48(Annexation) FLUM-22-4 (Future Land Use Map Amendment).
The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 8, 2022, at 7:00 p.m.
A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
