PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION and CITY COUNCIL

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will hold public hearings to consider conditional use permit request for Copart – Dallas South salvage auto auction facility to expand their used automobile sales business. Located on 1601 E Beltline Rd and 1200 Cottonwood Valley Rd. The subject property being described as C.A. Warfield Survey, Abstract No. 1612 and the C.A. Warfield Survey, Abstract No, 1613. Case No. CP-22-05.

The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 6:30 p.m.

A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
