REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

City of Ovilla

The City of Ovilla is receiving funds from the American Rescue Plan (ARP Act) program from the U.S. Department of Treasury. Accordingly, the City of Ovilla is seeking to contract with a qualified Engineering/Architectural/Surveying Firm (individual/firm) to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections.

These services are being solicited to assist the City of Ovilla in its preparation and project implementation of ARP Act contract(s), to support eligible activities in the City of Ovilla.

Please electronically submit your proposal in .pdf format via email to btaylor@cityofovilla.org and/or submit your proposal to the address below on a thumb drive OR submit  Five (5) copies of your proposal of services and a statement of qualifications for the proposed services to the following address: Attn: Bobbie Jo Taylor, City of Ovilla, 105 S. Cockrell Hill Rd., Ovilla Texas 75154.

Proposals must be received by the City of Ovilla no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 2nd, 2023 to be considered.

The  City of Ovilla reserves the right to negotiate with any and all proposers, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards.

Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
