Notice is hereby given that original Letters of Administration for the Estate of BETTYE RUTH STAMPLEY, Deceased, were issued to JAMES WESLEY STAMPLEY on March 20, 2023, in Cause No. 22-E-2424, as Independent Administrator.
Said case is currently pending in the County Court of Ellis County, Texas.
All persons having claims against this Estate which is currently being administered are required to present their claims against this Estate within 120 days after the date of this notice or the claim is barred, if the claim is not otherwise barred by the general statute of limitations.
