FERRIS PUBLIC LIBRARY: More than Books (May 25, 2023)
We had a wonderful time hosting Pre-K & Kindergarten library tours for Ingram Elementary last week. We hope to see them all back for our free Summer Reading Program, starting June 13.
MD Health Pathways, who has partnered with the City of Ferris to provide the MD Access for All program, holds monthly diabetes meetings here at the library. This event is FREE for Ferris residents and geared toward those who are Type 2 Diabetic only. Their next meeting is Friday, May 26 at 6 p.m. You can email info@mdlabtx.com for more information. Help us spread the word in our Ferris community.
In observance of Memorial Day, the Ferris Public Library will be closed Monday, May 29, 2023. As we remember and honor those who have paid the ultimate price for our country by giving their lives in the performance of their military duties while serving in the United States Armed Forces, please stay safe.
