NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST THE ESTATE OF WALTER A. BUCHANAN, DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that Letters Testamentary for the Estate of Walter A. Buchanan, Deceased, were originally issued on July 5, 2023, in Cause Number 23-E-2194, pending in County Court at Law No. 1 of Ellis County, Texas, to Janice K. Osborn and Jill M. Powers, the Independent Co-Executors.

All persons having claims against this Estate, which is currently being administered, are required to present them within the time and in the manner prescribed by law.
