Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary in the Estate of Name, Deceased, were issued to Ben Wallace, Independent Executor, on July 28, 2023, in Cause No. 23-E-2190, now pending in the Probate Court of Ellis County, Texas.
All persons having claims against the estate being administered are hereby required to present same within the time prescribed by law.
