PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE 

PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION and CITY COUNCIL

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will hold public hearings to consider a  Conditional Use Permit (CUP) on a certain tract of land that is currently addressed as 400 East Pleasant Run and being further described as Tract 7 of approximately 35.2748 acres of land, of the Robert Sloan Addition, Abstract 1271, Page 600, City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas.

The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this CUP request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.

A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this CUP request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 7:00 p.m
