City of Ovilla

The City of Ovilla plans to apply for a Resilient Communities Program (RCP) grant from the Texas General Land Office (GLO) for eligible activities. The City is seeking to contract with a qualified planning consultant to assist in the application preparation, development of the planning process and associated planning reports, and grant contract compliance. 

Please mail an electronic copy of your proposal of services and a statement of qualifications for the proposed services to the City of Ovilla, Attn: City Secretary, 105 S. Cockrell Hill Rd., Ovilla, Texas, 75154, and to the following email address: btaylor@cityofovilla.org. 

Proposals must be received by the City no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 9, 2023 to be considered. 

The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals and may award one or more contracts to one or more service provider(s). 

Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Section 3 Business Concerns, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
