FERRIS STREET CLOSURES

FERRIS – Ferris has begun a large street rehabilitation program for the new fiscal year that began earlier this month. City staff estimate the project will last several months and will be done in several phases during that time.

With this project underway there will be a number of road closures due to the demolition, reconstruction and drainage improvements that are part of the project.

The first of the road closures began Monday and will last until Oct. 28, including Avenue A and W. Third Street.

From Oct. 30 to Nov. 4, road closures will include W. 4th Street, E. First Street and Webb.

Door hangers with information will be provided prior to the work being conducted to keep residents informed.
