PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION and CITY COUNCIL

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearing to discuss and consider a recommendation to the City Council regarding a zoning change from No Zoning (NZ) to Light Industrial (I1). The subject property is located at 300 Mars Road, Dallas County, City of Wilmer, Texas. Consisting of 31.2788 acres and containing one (1) lot. Case Nos. ZC-24-03 (Zoning Change) and FLUM-24-03 (Future Land Use Amendment)

The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. 

A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
