NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE 

Pursuant to Chapter 59 of the Texas Property Code, Ideal Self Storage-Ennis, located at 2312 N Preston St, Ennis TX 75119, is having an online auction. 

The property is being sold to satisfy a landlord’s lien. 

The sale will be held at storageauctions.com beginning Sunday, March 17, 2024 at 11 a.m.

Seller reserves the right to withdraw any property from the sale upon payment in full. 

Bidding sale will end on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at 11 a.m.

Units to be sold: Alexis Nobles, Monica Ortega, Dallas Martinez, Roman Sosa, Julian Zapata, Angela Ayres, Kadrian Speight, Johnny Norris, Erin Sibley, Dorothy Rose. Inventory: Household goods, clothing, tools, and misc. items.
