THE TEXAS HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION (HSSC), Applicant, filed in the County Court at Law Number 1 of Ellis County, Texas, on December 1, 2023 an Application for Appointment of a Permanent Guardian of the Person in Cause No. 23-G-1055, styled ESTATE OF MAXIMUS KELLY BODDEY, which is now pending on the guardianship docket of said Court.
Said application and any opposition will be heard and acted upon by said Court after 10 0’clock A.M. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, at the County Clerk of Ellis County, 109 S Jackson St, Waxahachie, TX 75165 in Ellis County, Texas.
