This is an In Rem action relating to a secured interest encumbering real property commonly known as 319 Methodist St, Red Oak, TX 75154, which is described legally as:
LOT IA, BLOCK 6, OF SULLIVAN ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF RED OAK, ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE REVISED PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME F, PAGE 47, OF THE PLAT RECORDS OF ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS.
The whereabouts of Defendant Jesse S. Surles, whose last four numbers of his Social Security Number is 9101, are unknown. The whereabouts of Defendant, Stephanie M. Surles, whose last four numbers of her Social Security Number is 4655, are unknown.
