PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION 

and CITY COUNCIL

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider a zoning change from Single-Family 1 (SF-1) to Light Industrial (I-1). 

The subject property is generally located at 746 N Goode Road, Dallas County, City of Wilmer, Texas. Consisting of approximately six (6) acres and containing one (1) lot. Case No. (ZC-24-07) (Zoning Change)

The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. 

A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
