RED OAK – A few well know franchises have recently opened or broken ground in Red Oak.
7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee opened last week at 131 E Ovilla Rd., and based on the steady line of customers, they should do well.
Right next door to 7 Brew, a Take 5 Oil Change store broke ground with the foundation and pits poured.
Also on Ovilla Rd., near the Walgreen’s location, a new Jersey Mike’s Subs opened last week as well.
Out in front of the new B&B 12 Theater, builders broke ground on a new Olive Garden Italian Kitchen.
According to DuWest Realty, a Longhorns Steakhouse and Marriott Hotel should soon follow.
