Northbound I-45 ramp closure at I-30 starts Sept. 3 in Dallas

DALLAS – Weather permitting, the following closures are scheduled near downtown Dallas as part of a bridge rehabilitation project: 

• The northbound I-45 off-ramp to east and westbound I-30 will be narrowed to one lane from 9 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3 through the evening of Wednesday, Sept. 4. Drivers will have access to exit towards both east and westbound I-30 during this time. 

• After Wednesday evening, the northbound I-45 off-ramp to eastbound I-30 will be closed through Wednesday, Sept. 18. There will still be access to exit from northbound I-45 to westbound I-30 during this time. Drivers can follow a signed detour on northbound I-45 to Hall Street, which will route drivers to southbound I-45 for access to eastbound I-30, or seek an alternate route. 

Delays can be expected in the corridor during this work, especially during peak travel hours, and extra travel time may be needed.
