PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
of the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
and CITY COUNCIL, City of Ferris, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Ferris, Texas will hold a joint public hearing to consider the following items:
1) Conduct a public hearing and make a recommendation to City Council on a request by VIMO Casa, LLC, for a rezoning from Single Family Residential (R-1) District to a Planned Development (PD) District with a base zoning of Residential Townhome ¬(R-T) District for property located at 101 W FM 664, Ferris Texas 75125, further described as a 13.7-acre tract within the Mason Phelps Survey, Abstract Number 824, ECAD Property #188942 City of Ferris, Ellis County, Texas.
2) Conduct a public hearing and take action on a request by VIMO Casa, LLC, for a rezoning from Single Family Residential (R-1) District to a Planned Development (PD) District with a base zoning of Residential Townhome ¬(R-T) District for property located at 101 W FM 664, Ferris Texas 75125, further described as a 13.7-acre tract within the Mason Phelps Survey, Abstract Number 824, ECAD Property #188942 City of Ferris, Ellis County, Texas.
The joint public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this rezoning request will be held before the Ferris Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Historic Scout House, located at 514 South Mable Street in Ferris, Texas 75125.
