DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE: HAARP, weather modification, lithium in the hills, and the DOD’s new directive

The real threat to our democracy lies in misinformation

It was suggested I discuss HAARP and weather manipulation.

There certainly has been a lot of weather lately, in the United States and around the world.

I will just say watch the patterns, not just weather, but all that is happening on the Earth.

And please do not parrot the words “climate change” for the weather incidents happening fast and furious in 2024. Yes, the climate is changing as it would be ludicrous to think change does not occur, but hmmm… wonder if some changes might be “with a little help from our friends.”

Everyone knows weather seeding and modification exists since there are over 200 patents on record acknowledging it. Even mainstream media has talked about weather manipulation.

I will offer a trigger warning for the more delicate reader – beware you might not like my opinions after my research here.

Therefore, it is my duty to allow readers the choice not to get too up in in their fears if they continue reading.

I’m going to point out USA Today did a fact check and stated, “No, patents for tornado machines don’t prove that natural disasters are man-made.”

Okay, so here is my counter fact check – “No, USA Today making the statement above does not prove they are telling the truth.”

See how the game is played?

HAARP is a High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) at University of Alaska Fairbanks.

I have been there twice on numerous trips to Alaska.

Nothing nefarious on the surface – researching the ionosphere, the highest, ionized part of the Earth’s atmosphere and the use of a high-power radio transmitter facility that is functioning in a higher frequency band.

Easy enough, for the wise man – connect some dots.

We have heard of a HAARP and Antarctica connection. I cannot prove it – I have not been there. Apparently, some people can prove it though.

Research the whistleblower Eric Hecker who worked at the facility in Antarctica in 2010 as a contractor with ties to Raytheon i.e., military industrial complex.

Of course, mainstream is calling him a liar.

Of course, however, sometimes you must take a step back and say, “who are the liars.”

I’ve worked in the criminal justice system for a while and have noticed people lie to “not get caught.”

Hecker provided documentation to Congress regarding what he knew about the activities going on in Antarctica. He mentioned 5,160 Doms embedded in the ice that can transmit 2,040 volts each – making it a “multi-faceted direct energy weapon platform.” He said it offers vehicle detection for “off world” and “on world” craft that make the South pole station “effectively an air traffic control station for this new level of equipment no one is discussing.”

The Doms being buried is confirmed (www.icehap.chiba-u.jp/en/icecube/detector/dom.html) and can capture the passage of high-energy neutrinos through the ice. He tied this into the further ability to create disasters such as earthquakes citing Christchurch, NZ, noting there is an earthquake generating device.

He said he saw a green laser shooting out the top of the facility into the cosmos that he believed was a secondary form of long range communication or defense.

One man’s crazy is another man’s facts – go down that rabbit hole on your own time. Not everyone is crazy because they don’t think like you (or me).

HAARP does have the ability to modify weather. So do the many patents issued for weather modification and geoengineering technologies between 1890 and 2014.

The information ends in 2014 because information on issued patents in this category after that date are undisclosed.

For more confirmation regarding weather modification, The National Weather Modification Policy Act of 1976 directed the Secretary of Commerce to study the status of weather modification.

“The mission of the North American Weather Modification Council is to advance the proper use of weather modification technologies through education, promotion and research.” (www.nawmc.org/#:~:text=The%20mission%20of%20the%20North%20American%20Weather%20Modification,weather%20modification%20technologies%20through%20education%2C%20promotion%20and%20research) and in December 2012 an article was written called “Despite past failures, weather modification endures.” (www.aaas.org/taxonomy/term/10/despite-past-failures-weather-modification-endures).

Weather patents range from #11882798 and #10888051 for intelligent systems for weather modification programs, to #11564361 technology to prevent, diminish or interfere with the formation of hurricanes on the earth from one more platforms in space, #US20100072297A1 method for controlling hurricanes,  #US3056556A method of artificially influencing the weather, #US20030085296A1 hurricane and tornado control device, #US20130175352A1 method to influence the direction of travel of hurricanes, and #US20200187430A1 Helical artificial generator of tornado, hurricane, yellow dust, and typhoon.

The government wouldn’t do that, would they? (“COVID-19” comes to mind, they did that.

Open that can however you want since there are many reports you can research today explaining the jabbed/unjabbed and government involvement).

From my seat over here looking at the numbers I would not do anything different during those most tumultuous times other than remain unjabbed.

One person I was talking to about weather manipulation said check out Project Popeye if you think the government wouldn’t do that (www.popsci.com/operation-popeye-government-weather-vietnam-war) or Project Cirus, the first official attempt to modify a hurricane run by General Electric (www.theblackvault.com/documentarchive/project-cirrus-hurricane-modification).

Come on guys, we know our military has technology.

You cannot deny that. Otherwise, we would be not be a superpower.

Would they use it on American soil? That is for you to decide.

Whether you say “no” and don’t do any research, or research through mainstream media sources and conclude without looking outside the box, or research through a variety of diverse channels allowing yourself to see beyond the machine of information, this is your decision. I’ve come to my conclusion from lifelong study and definitely researching for the past 110 weeks for this column. I have concluded that unless it happens to “YOU” and you experience it, you are not going to believe it anyway.

Remember “conspiracy theory” was coined by the CIA. One of my favorite senators from Louisiana, John Kennedy, said we need some new conspiracy theories because the old ones have been confirmed.

Enter propaganda. Anyone can spin a tale these days handing out propaganda as news (I can name a few networks). It is legal thanks to brother Obama who repealed the Smith-Mundt Act – “U.S. Repeals Propaganda Ban, Spreads Government-Made News to Americans” (foreignpolicy.com/2013/07/14/u-s-repeals-propaganda-ban-spreads-government-made-news-to-americans).

Propaganda begins with ridiculous studies in which we are supposed to believe 1,000 people can be polled and realistically represent the 345,426,571 people living in the USA (a number that I believe excludes the one-million-plus illegals).

Speaking of propaganda and the ins and outs of it, did you look up Albemarle Mining Company? The Department of Defense signed a contract with Albemarle in September 2023 to begin mining lithium in the mountains of North Carolina between 2025 and 2030.

The suits in charge said it would require moving people out of houses and rezoning among other complexities. The people weren’t happy about moving from generational family homes.

Black Rock’s stakes in Albemarle then rose to over 12 million shares and back on Sept. 12, 2024 the DOD signed with Albemarle approving $90 million for lithium mining.

Then Albemarle got another $250 million in grant money even with residents protesting the mines (www.albemarle.com/global/en/news/albemarle-submits-state-and-federal-permits-potential-redevelopment-kings-mountain-mine).

Albemarle is in Chile too – and remember the wildfire there in February?

Not making any sweeping confirmation, but the wildfires in Hawaii (remind me what the government wanted that land for) and this past Sunday, epic flooding in Roswell (lithium mines in the area).

Are these coincidences?

Off topic and a concern this week is the Department of Defense’s Sept. 27 directive: 5240.01 (www.esd.whs.mil/Portals/54/Documents/DD/issuances/dodd/524001p.pdfm). One man explained in short, “military force can be authorized on home soil for legal force against private citizens.”

The Chevron Doctrine ruling by the Supreme Court stated it unconstitutional for an agency to make rules or laws (i.e. the DOD), but the military given the power to fire on citizens –wow.

I know, if you are not doing anything wrong you won’t get a bullet.

Meanwhile, if you do happen to be sitting on a lithium mine in the US, I wouldn’t just sit back and drink more Kool-Aid because this movie could be coming to a town near you.
