Please take notice Steel Roots Storage LLC located at 160 Mamie Ham Road, Waxahachie, TX 75165 intends to hold a public sale to the highest bidder of the property stored by the following tenants at the storage facility.

The sale will occur as an online auction via www.storagetreasurers.com on 1/31/2025 at 1:00 P.M.

Unless stated otherwise the description of the contents are household goods and furnishings.
