OBITUARY: CORA LEE JONES

January 27, 1953 – September 24, 2022

Cora Lee Jones of Ferris, TX passed away peacefully on Sept. 24, 2022 at the age of 69.

Cora was born on Jan. 27,1953 in Bardwell, Texas to Tommy D. Edwards and Helen Jones.

Cora graduated from Ennis High School in 1971.

During this time, she found the love of her life, Wayne Jones. They married in 1975 and moved to Ferris, TX where they lived.

Cora was a zealous worker and advanced in the insurance industry at CoreLogic Inc. She retired in May, 2021.

Funeral Services: Saturday, Oct. 1 at 1 p.m. at The Village United Methodist Church, 1121 East Wintergreen Rd., Desoto, TX 75115.
