DEMOCRATS AND REPUBLICANS: Removing presidential candidates on either side of the aisle takes away America’s freedoms

Want to know how we are going to end up not having those 2024 elections?

People keep predicting it. 

First off – stop predicting negative stuff. Everyone needs to remember we create the mindset we surround ourselves with and we do not need negative right now.

Listening to and parroting what everyone else says is what is called herd mentality according to Friedrich Nietzsche.

Herd mentality has a need to fit in – it obeys (we saw that front and center as the powers that be evaluated the herd with COVID). 

The herd is afraid of judgment, they like comfort and blindly believe what the majority says even if it goes against their personal values. 

There is also the subcategory of the herd mentality and that is the slave. 

The slave is weak and wants to destroy the higher humans under the false pretense of equality. 

What they are told is best for the herd is blindly obeyed because these people do not think for themselves.

The higher human does not care about any of that. They are creative and need to be free from the herd, let us all be the higher human.

Indeed, some people on both sides of the aisle would be a lot happier if the herd kept feeding into that group fear, it keeps the powers that be in place. 

Let us say no to that.

If we don’t say no, then this removing candidates from presidential ballots is going to turn into a train wreck of gigantic proportion.

Let us say no to buying into the fear that is clearly the latest Colorado Supreme Court ruling to take Donald Trump off the ballot.

Shame on those four individuals. They are not upholding the United States of America’s values.

And if you think the decision is right, bless you, but think about next time if it is your particular party having it done to you. 

Power sees no party lines or religious lines. Power sees the desperation of attempting to make sure they stay in power – no matter the cost.

So, what is it the Colorado Justices used as their excuse to take away American’s freedom to a free vote? 

They used the Insurrectionist Clause in the Constitution, the 14 amendment, section 3 from 1868, which was intended as a post-Civil War action. So, this is going to be pulled out now for Trump. Laughable. 

There are now over 30 states trying to keep Trump off the ballot. Again, laughable – and I am not even a Trumper. 

I am a citizen of the United States of America, and I do not want anyone ever telling me or my fellow Americans who I have the right to vote for as my President unless that person has actually been convicted of a charge. 

Let us remember Trump has not been charged or convicted for an insurrection. 

Who is responsible for bringing this mess to Colorado?

Look down this rabbit hole with me. It is a group called Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington which sued to keep Trump off the ballot and according to reports, this group received more than $1.35 million from George Soros’ organization, and they share employees with Media Matters (www.thehill.com/regulation/court-battles/4189863-watchdog-group-sues-to-block-trump-from-2024-ballot-colorado/).

This Colorado tomfoolery is a blow to America’s liberty.

Millions of Americans being deprived to vote for the person they want to vote for – no matter the side of the aisle because Biden is about to come off some ballots too.

So why is Biden being taken off, well, let’s talk about that.

I want to reiterate Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution: it requires the government to protect and defend our borders. 

That is not happening at our southern borders in the USA.

Not happening to the tune of 686,000 migrant encounters in the past three months in Texas, let’s not even talk about the numbers since this train wreck actually began.

At one point the FBI Director said we have 80,000 terrorists on American soil. What do you think those terrorists are over here in the US to do come to Christmas party with you and your granny?

“If the government does not defend our borders, the Constitution, by virtue of the named part herein authorizes the Free Citizen(s) to defend themselves and their state in place of treasonous government,” the Constitution reads.

I was when the government does not defend our borders and gives aid and comfort to a hostile foreign invasion (would that be the men coming over who are saying they are with the UN and waiting for orders) well, if that is the case than under Article III, Section 3 of our Constitution that is considered treason.

And I am not sure, because I do not have the entire Constitution in front of me, but I think if you have committed treason, you are not allowed to run for President of the United States of America. 

So, as noted for the reason above there are states that are threatening to take Biden off the ballot, see – the games begin. 

According to one report conversation is in the works in Texas to take him off the ballot for 2024 due to investigations into money laundering and conspiracy. 

Apparently, Florida, Arizona, New Mexico, and a few others are considering same for Biden (www.thetexan.news/elections/2024/dan-patrick-floats-taking-biden-off-texas-ballot-after-colorado-supreme-court-removes-trump-from/article_9f684412-9f85-11ee-89c0-07759b36987a.html).

Regarding a state having a right to defend its border and the fact that the constitution mentions treason when our border as a country overall are not being secured, recently down Texas way the Fifth Circuit Court ruled in favor of Texas saying that the Biden folks may not take down border fences or cut down Concertina wire on the border in Texas.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott just signed three border security laws. He says the federal government is being inattentive to Texas. He cited Article 1, Section 10 of the US Constitution to empower states to take action to defend themselves. 

The three laws he signed included S4 from the fourth Special Session. 

This law will create a criminal offense for illegal entry into Texas from a foreign nation. 

For repeat offenders this will be illegal re-entry with a potential prison sentence term of up to 20 years. The bill can order an illegal immigrant to return to foreign nation from which they entered.

Bill S3 signed by Abbott during the fourth special session is adding $1.54 billion to build more border barriers and walls like what we now have and another $40 million to the Texas Department of Public Safety for border security operations and increased law enforcement presence. 

There are already 33 miles of wall under construction in Texas in addition to what exists and 110 miles of razor wire barriers, but stopping the crossing in Texas just puts more pressure on the other border states, so it is not stopping the problem in the USA overall. 

And then S4 from the third Special Session involves smuggling and stash houses of illegal immigrants.

In 2017 there were 370 arrests according to Abbott and now it is 7,700 arrests for smuggling illegal immigrants. 

The fact Texas taxpayers must pay for this because Joe Joe cannot do his job in DC is a shame and an embarrassment to the bigger picture. 

However, when it is out of control, you must make the bleeding stop somehow. 

One simple question: why is the Biden administration – i.e., Joe Joe, okay with giving money to illegal immigrants, but not to its own people who are in need? 

Make it make sense, make it all make sense because we know we are not going back to pre-COVID days, but do we really have to sit on the train until the train wreck is so bad, we can’t possibly get off in time to save our country?
