DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE: Crowdstrike downs the world last week, and Biden’s resignation downs the Democrat party

The real threat to our democracy lies in misinformation

I’m going to begin my column this week with these words: “Evil can pretend to be good and kind, but good can never pretend to be evil.”

I’m not sure who said it, but at this moment in our country and in our world, you’d better look past the term “good” and “evil” based on religion and base it on your soul.

And no matter if you’re a Republican or a Democrat, you’d better stop voting a party line and start being a patriot of the United States, not a party.

It seems the parties in this country have the potential to be dissolved or controlled by a small group of puppeteers. We need to make sure this country and the Constitution it’s based on is not controlled by these puppeteers while our freedoms are methodically and silently taken away.

It was a hard decision to decide what to write about this week.

The Crowdstrike massive global outage Friday that affected airlines, medical services, 911, TV broadcasts, banks and more around the world, also affected me and delayed, not canceled, my flight from Memphis to Dallas. It made me more aware of the insanity and how many people were negatively impacted.

My second column choice – the Democratic election mess, but I’ll get to that.

Regarding Crowdstrike – I will say after this little test to see how the world would react, you’d better hang on for dear life if a grid failure really does ever happen.

One person also mentioned Crowdstrike is very connected to the Democratic National Convention – check that out for yourself.

Also, I wonder why it seems the voting machines for early voting in Arizona were not working during the Crowdstrike chaos.

The question is: how can an internet glitch affect a voting machine that’s been said is not connected to the internet?

While many were saying it is BlackRock who owns Crowdstrike, that is close.

Indeed, this little Microsoft faux paus (even though CrowdStrike is the company named) does have four of its six shareholders – Vanguard, Vanguard Index Funds, Vanguard World Fund and SPDR (i.e., State Street Global Advisors) as part of the BlackRock religion.

Afterall, we know BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street own each other (do your research). In 2020, the American Economic Liberties Project reported that BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street together manage more than $15 trillion in global assets and are the major shareholders in Lockheed and Pfizer.

The other two shareholders of Crowdstrike are Ishares, owned by BlackRock and Invesco whose largest shareholders are Vanguard and its companies.

Need I say more? if I do, then turn on your television and have another glass of Kool-Aid.

At this point we’re seeing exactly what happens when a sinking ship has taken on too much water and the rats begin jumping ship as soon as they can make their way to the railing.

DIVERSION, AGAIN

Check this name out.

Did you know Shawn Henry, the President of Crowdstrike and its Chief Security Officer, was also the Executive Assistant Director of the FBI under Obama?

The day after the CrowdStrike mess (www.zdnet.com/article/what-caused-the-great-crowdstrike-windows-meltdown-of-2024-history-has-the-answer) leaving people stranded and not paying attention,  Joe Joe decided to remove himself from the Presidential race even after he said he would not.

Let’s face it – and I don’t care how deep your Dem roots run– Joe Joe did not make that decision.

Even New York’s Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC), who I have never agreed with, said on livestream: “If you think there is consensus among the people who want Joe Biden to leave that they will support VP Harris, you would be mistaken.

“I am going to say that because if they are going to come out and say all their little things on background off the record, but they are not going to be fully honest I am going to be honest for them.

“I am in these ways. I see what they say in conversations.

“A lot of them are not just interested in removing the president, they are interested in removing the whole ticket.”

One person asked how anyone can now say Trump is a threat to democracy when we watched the dems take out their own candidate in a move that is far from democratic.

I’ve heard it being said the removal of Biden was a soft coup d’état.

I looked up the definition of coup d’état: “an illegal and overt attempt by a military organization or other government elites to unseat an incumbent leadership.”

So, what do YOU think?

It does seem like regarding the Democrats it’s obvious the ones in charge are (as rumor has it) Obama, Pelosi, and New York’s Schumer and Jeffries.

The real problem is the actual real breathing and voting Democrats were told they weren’t having a primary – too bad if they wanted one.

They were told Joe Joe was the Democratic candidate. They are now being told “just kidding, we have something else we want to do.”

However, the system does not work that way in the United States.

Biden was the choice in lieu of the primary, and now tough luck Dems.

In some states it’s being said they are not even allowed to take Joe Joe off the ballot since he was the choice and there was no primary. That little bit of red tape is still being discussed.

One person said the Dems did this “because they don’t know the law,”

I doubt it – I think they did it because they thought they could get away with it – and they still might.

I have Dem friends who’ve said they would vote for a dog before a Republican.

They might get their wish the way things are going.

The Democratic National Convention will be held in Chicago from Monday, Aug. 19 through Thursday, Aug 22.

Technically, Joe Joe is on the ticket, but Senator Josh Hawley, Missouri believes it won’t matter.

“It will be the same people, but it won’t be anybody actually in the White House, it will be the people who chose Joe Biden and who will choose the next nominee.

“It will be Wall Street, it will be big business, and it will be Hollywood.

“They’re the people who chose Biden, they are the people who made the money off Biden, and he can’t make them any more money so now they’ve ditched him and are holding an audition.

“I don’t know if it will be Kamala, I think they haven’t decided…”

Read www.vox.com/politics/362062/biden-drop-out-republicans-accuse-democrats-coup for an interesting assessment of the “coup” idea.

It goes to show big business folks get what they want.

Question is: if the Dems will roll over and take it.

As for the current VP, she must be feeling rather good about the strides she made in California over the years to get to her position today where perhaps she’ll even get Joe Joe’s campaign dollars.

Vox.com said Harris would need Biden’s delegates at the DNC to assume the candidacy, and then she could access Biden’s funds more easily than another Democrat.

The two also share funds in a campaign committee under campaign finance laws that allow the president and vice president to run together as one ticket according to Saurav Ghosh, the Campaign Legal Center’s director of federal campaign finance reform.

Ghosh said if she “were to remain on the ticket as the presidential nominee, the new ticket would maintain access to all the funds in the campaign committee.”

Another question – does the Constitution limit the ability of a twice-before-elected President to serve as Vice-President, because rumor is…

The answer – “The relevant constitutional provisions, their histories, and their purposes all point to the same conclusion: A twice-before-elected President may become Vice-President either through appointment or through election and — like any other Vice-President — may thereafter succeed from that office to the Presidency for the full remainder of the pending term.”

That would indeed be the worse chess move possible for both parties for many reasons.

My prediction while observing the most recent chapter of the US political playbook is that Trump will win.

However, even if you love him, be careful because when any movement takes over a country and the division is as rampant as we see today, it can also become dangerous for the entire population no matter the side of the aisle.

The United States needs term limits for Congress and Senate, and the power that creates greed needs to be removed (the lobbyist), no matter the side of the aisle.

In the spirit of my dark and light I’ll say this: things are not really getting worse – things are being uncovered.

We must hold each other close, connect to our souls, and continue to expose what lurks behind the veil.
